What started with Burnage Little Free Library in August 2020 became a brilliant trail of libraries all over Greater Manchester!

Libraries on the trail come in all shapes and sizes. Outside peoples homes, in community spaces, inside cafe's and other spaces open to the public.

Manchester Library Trail supports little libraries throughout Greater Manchester, offering advice, resources and books.
We aim to ensure books are accessible and available in every community for free and at all times.
